Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology (BTKIT) has become the first government institute in Uttarakhand to develop a Zero-Investment Virtual Lab for Computer Organization and Architecture, under the Ministry of Education, Government of India initiative. This pioneering effort leverages open-source technologies and cloud-based deployment to provide immersive, interactive simulations for undergraduate engineering education—eliminating the need for costly hardware while aligning with the National Education Policy’s digital transformation goals.”
