- PEO-1: To create chemical engineering graduates for meeting the current and future demands of technical manpower in chemical industry.
- PEO-2: To provide graduates a solid foundation in mathematical, technical and scientific skills so as to formulate, analyze and solve chemical engineering and related problems.
- PEO-3: To enable graduates to design the processes considering safety, cost effectiveness and sustainability.

- Chemical engineering graduates will have ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science and technology so as to formulate, analyze, and solve chemical engineering problems.
- Chemical engineering graduates will possess fundamental knowledge of principles, laws of conservation of mass and energy, since they form the basis of most problems in Chemical Engineering.
- Chemical engineering graduates will have the ability to design a system, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health, safety, construction ability, and sustainability.
- Chemical engineering graduates will be able to design experiments, safely gather and analyze data, use latest technological tools to address practical chemical engineering problems.
- Chemical engineering graduates will be able to recognize thrust areas for research in industrial problems and will put effort to explore them.
